Zambon and Communications with our People
The extensive, in-depth internal communications engaged in during our centenary year are the clearest possible expression of Zambon’s very real dedication to disseminating information through the company to empower our people, to develop dialogue and the exchange of ideas between colleagues and to make everybody feel they are not just part of a company but part of the community. In line with this vision and our culture of well-being, Zambon has developed a new intranet portal to provide even more effective internal communications through increased usability and information that is more accessible to all users.
As a result, the new portal we have developed is more than a corporate information tool, existing as a virtual meeting place where Zambon’s people can come together to also share ideas and information about their leisure interests and free time. This has enabled the company to share information widely and to enhance people’s sense of community, highlighting the values, talent and passion of everyone at Zambon
