A year planning, communicating and guiding change
The organisation and coordination of this process, together with the design and planning of many of the initiatives launched as a result of it, were largely the responsibility of Zambon’s Human Resources Department and our core work in 2006. This substantial involvement of Human Resources is a further example of Zambon’s innovative thinking, of our commitment to our people and of our recognition of the role they play in our success. Key to the department’s ability to play this role is the fact that Human Resources at Zambon has always played a strategic role driven by a managerial culture based on a solid practical understanding of the fine chemicals and pharmaceutical industries, the rules that govern it and the mechanisms set in motion by market trends.
