Ethics as Strategy
Zambon’s vision and values are above all a matter of action. They are the generator of our ambitions and objectives, and the touchstone for every strategy put in place. But precisely because we live them every day, our people at every level in the group rarely think about how they would express them. Our centenary was therefore a perfect opportunity to involve everyone in exploring our values and how they produced our achievements as a history of dedication and continual change, establishing a dialogue of shared analysis and planning.
